Looking for a customer satisfaction form. If anyone has one and is willing to send me a copy it would be much appreciated.

Bob - are you in South Lanarkshire? sorry like most dumb english southerners my Scottish counties knowledge is pretty weak - anyways they SL are joining the Buy With Confidence scheme which I think is a really good idea - you get a reply paid card with our scheme here in hants which includes a short and sweet customer feedback scheme - just google Buy With Confidence - it is better than paying thro the nose for checkatrade etc - the website is a bit weak but I find people here at least have heard of the scheme and value having an independent come-back avenue should they need it

No Buckland Im in Renfrewshire but I do some work in that area sometimes.Now the new M74 motorwy link is open I can get there in about 20mins.
