got problems with whirl-a-way
« on: July 05, 2011, 07:36:54 pm »
my 18" whirl-a-way rotary has lost most of it's pressure, i have checked the nozzels they are ok, there are no leaks as i can tell,  the rotary arm seems fine, & there is plenty of grease in the rotary, i used it yesterday on some imprinted concrete and it was leaving circles the arm only seemed to be going round at half speed,
anyone got any idea's? ???
regards,
jim.

If you can see nothing wrong with the fsc whats the pressure washer like with the gun on ? I had similar with mine which in the end turned out to be one of the valves not seating

check that no water is coming out the little hole on the bearing drum wen the handle is pressed. if it is then the viton o ring has gone!  its a bit of a pain putting a new one on but worth doing for future reference.
