Selling of P/w bits and bobs.
« on: June 30, 2011, 03:55:50 pm »
Hi folks, I have my pressure washing equipment for sale.

I know this is not the 'For Sale' section but wanted to ask some advice first before I put it up.

I have a 13 hp pressure washer Honda GX390 that I got from Merril Fox in the USA a couple of years ago.  It has only done about 15 - 20 hours work since we imported it.  We have a 12 inch mosmatic stainless rotary surface cleaner, a 18 inch whirlaway, a turbo nozzle, a 200lt water drum, hoses etc and a few other bits and bobs.

This lot was on ebay a month or 2 ago and a sale was agreed.  The buyer was away for a week and in that time I decided to clean my own slabs before the kit went.  When fired up, the whirlaway started letting water through the drain hole (not sure if that is the proper name for it) on the underside of the main drum.

When I looked into it it seems like an easy fix but I didnt get round to fixing it and the buyer decided to look elsewhere.  Since then the kit has been put back into the garage.

So I am undecided as to put the whole lot back onto ebay or see if anyone on here is interested.
Money is need for another part of my business now so the kit will have to go, either as a whole lot or sold separately.

Thanks guys and gals
Ant

Hi mate, would you split the mosmatic? or maybe the mosmatic and the whirlaway?

How much would you want for the mosmatic by itself, and a price for both?..

Cheers,

Matt

No offence intended mate, just most ppl who put something up for sale on here, usually check it sharpish. (from previous experience)

If alan does't end up buying to lot....give me a rough idea of what you want for both the mosmatic AND the whirlaway, and just the whirlaway by itself...

Although, i think alan is gonna pounce on this and wipe me out... ;)
