Customer had building work done

i have customer that had their first clean done then had building work done a small extension, they have just emailed me asking if i could clean the windows monday as the building work is done which is fine as they are due monday anyway but would you charge to do the windows if their is excess cement ect.

normal price is £13

If its on every window then yes,as its a builders clean.
If its a few specs here and there i would just scrape it off but let them know i had done it.Any decent customer will really appreciate it.

depends if they are a right mess then say you would need charge more that clean,but if its only a small extension and only a few windows affected then id proberly let them off,

have a good look round and point out where you have to do some extra work and tell them it will cost more. They have just paid the builder after all and he's left the mess.
