[AC Window Cleaning]

Well ive been going 6 months now and built up a nice little round.
Im currently doing 12 days out of a 4weekly (20 day) cycle.
Going canvassing once or twice a week from this week as not been since April  :
Anyway ive been aproached by somebody with a bit of work for sale.
Ive asked all the relevant q's such as how much/how often,when due and when last cleaned etc.
I dont want to pay £X for a list of addresses and be stung!
Some comments sent in messages make me a bit wary.
Stuff like "havent had time to canvas but massive potential" and "im the only one there" even though its only a days work,and a small day at that.
Any advice/tips??

Offer to work with him for free and then decide if its for you or not.

get him to introduce you to the customers, thats what happened with the work i bought.

i have looked at another round and the guy wasn't sure of a lot of things, so i passed on that.

When I bought a round I picked 10 customers from random from his books and went round to introduce myself.(Better still if the seller goes with you and if you're potentially parting with big money he should be willing to).All went well so we made a deal.If you're in any doubt or he seems reluctant to do this give it a swerve.When I handed over my cash there was a knot in my stomach I must admit.It was only after I had done the first clean I relaxed,despite everything seeming above aboard.

do a few days with him on the round.iv bought 2 over the last 2yrs and thats what iv done.but if you can work 1 clean with him then do them yourself next clean then pay.i did that with the first round i got.
