just won the tender from my local housing association

gonna need a few new poles and prob a biggish trolley for some of the jobs.

Did you do what most people do and get all silly and drop there window/hr rate to something ridiculous to get the work. Get it , then go why the damn did I jump in too cheap  >:(

How did you hear about this tender matey and tenders in general?

priced by the norm rate of £1 to £2 per window.

a customer of mine is a care taker at one of the places and he gave me the heads up and i went from there ....

Well done! Its probably a 1 year contract but if you do ok they will renew it .

If they are like the housing assn places round here you will meet some very "interesting" people in the next few years. Good luck to you though, its a good result.

I do a few of these places and its another world, some of the people................you couldn't make it up.
