Staff bonus!!

Finally caught up on rounds after bad weather at start of year, bank holidays etc.
Giving all our staff a day off on full pay tomorrow. Everyone V. happy!

I'd love to know how much you caught up or where behind initially. Infact i'd love to know how anyone with a full schedule can catch up? My minds playing overtime here, if like me you lost three weeks in December and you've given them one day off then wow !!!! You could replicate this and put them on one offs for a few weeks and replicate the excercise !!!
