Did you order online or by phone?

You may have just paid for a bare pole.

Hi Grant

All of the poles are sent out with pole hose as standard. I have just pulled up the poles sent-out logs from the workshop and there is a note attached to your order saying "please don't include pole hose" which is why the workshop have sent it out without the pole hose. It looks like this was some kind of mix-up, could you email the office on sales@gardinerpolesystems.co.uk with your order details and they will sort this out for you.

You haven't missed much! we have the yellow pole hose by gardiners and when cleaning if you stand on it, it turns of the water! I have now just changed over to the thin black stuff and no water stoppage!
