Hi all,

Im looking to sell my round that have built up over the last year, and will only be looking for intrested people for this.

Income per month is £310 and all good paying customers and friendly most of the work is compact with a few further a field, but can be done in days but some are fortnightly. All houses income are between £5 and £20 some commercial and mostly domestics. Average of £10 per home.

Further Income from the round is i have customers (5)  having there Consevatories Cleaned every 6 months with an income of £80 so £160 a year at the moment.

I have all my financials sheets to prove the income, most of my customers have come through advertising and my website.

I am willing to sell my website with this round and will be looking for £150 ono.

Im only looking for intrested people at this time

£150 the lot....that is miles to cheap........imo

It may help if you tell us how many house is this £310, and how many days it takes to clean them.

That may help sell.

What you doing keeping the rest of your work?

30 House  6 Commercials.....

Should take 2 days to do but i have 12 fortnightly also

Round and website can be sold together, i thnik this would be a great set up for someone just starting out.

Looking in the regen of about £1200 for the round

And £150 for the website which can be changed to you spec.

Realistic price for your round that is barely a year old is £600 in your area
