what to charge up north?

hi,cant make my mind up what to charge per house up here in preston/blackpool area.
i thought of a reasonable price but have read  lots of posts that seem to charge more.
whats the going rate for trad up here?
i am hoping to be doing a mixture of private and some council

push your prices up a bit , the next new house you get give them a £1 per window price .

why not learn the basics
like pricing, before you even start up
save you as fortune and you will make more money
your location in the UK
has nothing to do with your own profits
if you think otherwise, good luck to you
