Any suggestions for cleaning inside of windows?
i've searched back posts and found out things to watch out for and to charge more etc, but how do you actually do it?
Simply the same as outside but with care to mop up the suds at the bottom?
add anything else to the cleaning solution?
any special treatment for smoker's windows?!

any help much appreciated guys

I just clean any interiors like i do exterior,but always wipe up the excess,so plenty of cloths,Gaz.

Sadly, I've always priced the same for insides as outsides.  True you have to be more careful with water, ornaments etc.  But no ladders, no weather problems, so that's how it's been for me.  As for smokers... I always use a white cloth somewhere just to show them what is on their windows...sticky tar!!  So I tell them they have a choice, I clean them just as I do the outsides and they'll be cleaner, but if you really want that removed, it will take special chemicals and you have to give up smoking.  I not joke.  They usually settle for first option, so what doesn't come off with a normal wash 'n' wipe....stays on.
Well that's my way.  I prefer not to do inside smokers anyway so I don't care.  Wrecks all your tools anyway.

Inside job? charge 2 X outside it will take about twice as long anyway.

  Make the customer clear thewindow sills first, then it is very easy.

I always carry a small set of steps.

Also I squeegie the window with the applicator underneath the squeegie so as that catches the drips.

It takes a bit of practice but it's worth the slower cleaning to start with.

I usually charge the same as an outside clean but i've got to start putting up the price because of the time it takes.
I usually ask the customer to move ornaments, pictures etc.

I get them to clear all window sills and them I move the chairs further into the room thus leaving me a gap for my steps.

They like the fact that I wear a pair of slippers, they are both little grey haired widows, [turn on the boyish charm, show respect for their property and get an extra choccy bicky!].

Oh yes! I take a couple of old bath towels to lay on the sills.

They love me!

use wfp it will leak in and clean the insides at the same time!!!  (just a friendly joke!)

When we clean insides we explain that we cannot clean behind computors or remove any item from window sills.

If you clean office windows and dare to move a plant and should a leaf or petal should fall off whilst being moved,  be warned it is looked upon just like commiting a murder.

Any suggestions for cleaning inside of windows?

I sometimes find it quicker to use a spraybottle with some gg3 in it. Then polish with a micro cloth. Depends on the size of window though, for larger panes I squeegee and hold the applicator underneath to catch the run-off
