Sadly, I've always priced the same for insides as outsides. True you have to be more careful with water, ornaments etc. But no ladders, no weather problems, so that's how it's been for me. As for smokers... I always use a white cloth somewhere just to show them what is on their windows...sticky tar!! So I tell them they have a choice, I clean them just as I do the outsides and they'll be cleaner, but if you really want that removed, it will take special chemicals and you have to give up smoking. I not joke. They usually settle for first option, so what doesn't come off with a normal wash 'n' wipe....stays on.
Well that's my way. I prefer not to do inside smokers anyway so I don't care. Wrecks all your tools anyway.
