So, how do you stay fat at this game?

So, I started out WFPing 13 months ago.  I weighed 15st 5lb.

I now weigh 13st 4lb.

I eat like a horse.  Today is pretty typical. 

Cereals at 6am with full-fat milk
Bacon sandwiches at 7:45 (4 rashers)
Two rounds (i.e. 4 slices of bread) of thick cut rare roast beef sandwiches during the day
Bottle of Coke
Mars Bar
Home to a slap up meal (proper dinner, cooked from raw ingredients by the current Mrs Vin).
Can of Boddingtons.
I'll probably eat a couple of bananas this evening.


Yet, 90% of the windies I see seem to be carrying more than the average in the way of lard.  How do they manage?

I'm the same as Perfect Windows. Started at 16 stone 4 and 20 months later 14 stone 10. Like a racing dog these days  :)

i work best when im under 13.5 stones ,im 6ft1   . i wont employ any lad over that weight either (trad) as they will be out of shape if over that weight

This is how its done....Tesco BREAKFAST  beans, 2 eggs, 2 sausage, 3 bacon, mushrooms, 3 hash browns + 2 toast.+ strong black coffee with sugar

LUNCH...Tesco sandwiches x 2

DINNER....XL mixed doner kebab with chips and a bottle of pepsi OR replace kebab with family size takeaway pizza.

Follow this for 3 years and then yes you will deffo put on weight doing WFP  ;D

I joined slimming world not long ago and have lost over 2 stone but still have a long way to go. so yes there is the odd fatty wfp windy out there  ;D I have been a windy 10 yrs now 5 yrs WFP.
WE CLEAN BY FAITH, NOT BY SIGHT WITH WATER FED POLE WHEN WORKING AT HEIGHT.

Ive been 10 an a half stone from the age of 19 when I started, to now at the age of 47, can't put on weight doing this job, though I am starting to get a fat back.  Anyone else gettin' a fat back? ;D
