Extreme cleaning

How much do you charge for the really bad jobs?

Only ask as I've had a call from a letting agent I've done EOT work for before who says hes got a property in a bad state, elderly lady who was a hoader.
Main part of my work is carpet & upholstery cleaning but done plenty of EOT cleans, some grotty but free of furniture, etc.
Going to see it on Thursday but from what hes told me its got months old open milk bottles, full of flies, loads of junk, furniture, etc
Asked if we are talking "Grime fighters" style bad and he said "pretty much" Although he has assured me it is free of human waste & needles.
Probably need a skip so would need to incorporate that in the price but not sure if I should be charging alot more than more usual rate  ???

Thanks Paul
