is there any other program out there that is easy to use, and that i can import excel in to  have used george and WC pro and to be honest neither will do what i want it to,  just simple things like a job i do 2 times a week only shows up once on a monday,  and then dont show up on any other weeks

Don't know about a specific program but sometimes exporting to one has to be done in two stages - usually saving the Excvel file as a csv file first (you would lose your formatting so keep a record of your formulas in case you need them in another program).
If you are OK with just using another spreadsheet (such as Calc in the free Openoffice suite), you should be able to open it directly just by changing the file associations in Windows.  Alternatively, open the new spreadsheet program and do FILE>OPEN and navigate to the Excel file.  Sometimes it works directly.  Sometimes you have to tweak.

In WCP surely you can select No. of days you want frequency and then select what days you want the clean done ( eg. Mon Thursday etc etc) ?

Also why not email them with the problem and see if they can offer a solution?

i have selected it and i did it in george just didnt move on to following week,  just seems a lot of hassle just to know where i am working that day
