Following the helpful advice given on another thread regarding being more efficient I have now gone to van mount.  Tank is installed and I'm provisionally using my trolley with the hoses re-routed but has proved very successful. I also have a small trolley unit which I've only had to use on a couple of jobs.

I now need to build/buy a housing for my Shurflo100 psi pump and Varistream controller.  The only professional looking plastic housings that I've found so far are too small.

I can build one myself ok but any advice/photos/suppliers of DIY pump housings would be appreciated and could save me a whole load of wasted time. wasted time.

These are about £20 i think , im sure they still do them , they can house 85 amp battery , pump and pre filter.

Make sure you tell them its the grey box as they do a few different ones .

Because my set-up is in my Citroen Picasso I'm building everything modular so that it's easy to take out when I need the vehicle as a car.  I would prefer a separate van but it's not an option at present.  If I had a van I would mount it all permanently and then I wouldn't require a housing of any sort.

However,  I open to suggestions and photos of an alternative method that will work ok for me so keep it coming folks.   I'm in no rush as the 'van mount trolley' is keeping me going for now.
