Invoicing
« on: June 11, 2011, 05:40:38 pm »
Hi guys,

Just a quick one.

At the moment im just using printed letterheads, printed out on the night before works to invoice. Anyone use the carbon copy books with your letterheads on them so you can write invoices by hand? or do you usually print out the invoice specific for the job and take it with you on the day? just wondering if there is an easier and more proffesional way.

Cheers,

Matt

as we know what we'll be doing we just print that out the night before and then put the price in at the end and then print another copy for ourselves when back.

we also hten have a load of blanks and carboncopy paper in the van just in case it's required. it's quicker and easier if it's printed before hand as just hand it over when finished.

Cheers guys,

Yeah i always send invoices by email for my commercial stuff, as i rarely deal person to person with them, but was just wondering what most ppl did with their domestics. Im getting a few NCR duplicate pads printed up for qotes but i was just wondering if any used them for their invoices too.

Looks like ill just keep printing out the invoices seperately.

Cheers.

Matt
