A customer has a two bedhouse in essex with a conservatory. She wants the windows cleaned inside and out on whole house, the facias and soffits front and back cleaned, the conservatory roof in and out , all the upvc inside and out of cons, and all upvc frames cleaned and restored. Also she has stone tiles in the conservatory and i will have to spend time covering them up too. Im thinking along the lines of a days work £200.
Any help appreciated

Have you ever cleaned a conservatory roof inside before?

No reason really, it's just if you haven't done one before you think its going to take less time that it actually does, and you under quote it.

But if you have done them before then you know what's in store.

If she wants all the upvc restored does that include the conny roof finals ? if so add on another £40 for rental of a conny ladder.

Have you restored a upvc frame before ?
Only those who risk going too far will truly know how far they can actually go
