Get a grout cleaning brush (it shaped bristle like a triangle).

Use UBIK 2000 works a treat. We clean lots of toilet floors. Use gloves though otherwise it will ruin your hands and soften your nails.

Ill just add, if you need it really detailed steam cleaner.

Sherco,

Although that is a great product that you have suggested. On regular cleans that would not be economical. That would be fantastic and is on a one off clean.

Sounds like you need a HWE machine (Hot Water Extraction) like the carpet cleaners use. We used to use one in australia for cleaning all types of natural stone. Put some chems don, give it a bit ofa scrub and extract it with the hot pressure. But i dont know about just plain old elbow grease.

You only put this on once, it seals the grout to make maintenance easier. Explain this to the customer.

Here are some tiles we did a while ago. Unfortunately the pictures do not do the job justice. They came up great when we dried them. Lets hope you can see them.

We used UBIK2000. A carpet cleaning machine to suck up the water, a grout brush and mop.

Depends on what needs sealing really!  Just grout or sometimes tiles and grout.  Whatever, the case Aqua Mix have a wide choice of products available to suit any job.
