 hi all

has anyone ever cleaned up concrete render that is painted with masonery paint. we obviously want to take away the dirt but leave the paint?

i think pressure washing might strip it even on low pressure. i was thinking tfr then use wfp to rinse away?

 any ideas?

 cheers

Done loads of painted render by pressure washing. Comes up great, just donīt go too close.

There has been areas that have blown off but this was because of the air bubbles behind.

 hi
thanks for replies, nice to hear from you alan. was going to test patch but tring to test patch with the best option.

Lee did you take the paint of the concrete? the custie is trying to avoid redecorating as its a large area and relatively difficult to get to (we will be using telescopic lances).

 cheers
