WCP Information Gone

Opened up window cleaner pro and all my info is gone, yet the round names are there, but no jobs listed and no past history?

Got a backup from a week or so ago , but what is going on???

its really annoying, it has some financial stuff in there, its obviously not lost, just not being displayed for some glitch or soemthing

I cant plan this weeks work properly though or see debt so ita annoying, and i dont have as recent a backup as i thought!

this is very concerning has there has been several simalar problems lately.

can any one confirm that window cleaner pro has sorted these out or is willing to or are they washing there hand with the program now.


i need to know whether i need to find a new program has i can not risk losing data

 there still selling the programe and this is what they say about support, so im guessing they will sort out any problems and should do, but i really cant remeber the last update so i will contact them.

There isn't going to be any more updates. I changed software as soon as they said they are not going to update it any more .. to un reliable if you ask me and when ever i emailed the address on there site never got replies at all..


George does a lot of what WCP will do now and its a lot easier to use and understand.
