is a bit strange. I think if I did that they would just dump me!Better off bouncing a few windows to shave some time off the job - they won't notice if I make it the bathroom window etc. Prolly rinse less and generally have to speed up to warp drive 6 to grab back some value.I mean to say, you keep prices fixed for years and then they do this.
There is your problem. Put your prices up to the point that each job is worth doing 'as if it were a one-off'. That way the regularity is not an issue.

i just had a cheque sent to me,unsigned. do you think i should pay it in ,its 20 quid (reminds me,few years back bloke i knew posted a £1000 cheque unsigned to the taxman,expecting it to be sent back,give him extra breathing space of a week or more but it went straight through ! )
