mate im no expert of these vacs so couldnt tell ya.

my worry of any vac would be empty the waste pipe with ease on the job etc ...

like you said for the money if you use it say 3 times a month for a year it will pay for itself a fair few times over.

i may go for a couple for us to be honest

yeah i guess, still feel it would help tho.

especially if you though it was blocked up.

i think gutter vacs are a very simple idea really - a wet vac, waste pipe and a pole - simple.

i think more talking to the guys that use them alot would help tho - must be alot of different cleaning methods used for different types of jobs - bit like window cleaning really.

prob is with no ladder to hand, you will never really know 100% about loose bits of gutter or cables etc ...

most gutters - you find the down pipe drops very easy and comes away from the main gutter - yes easy to pop back into place but a bit harder with no ladder - the amount of times ive got the wfp out to clean gutter n fascia and as soon as i touch the gutter with the brush it makes the loose down pipies drop a little

do you really think you would be able to see the empty gutter with the mirror at the top of the pole???

gutter vacs - cant make my mind up! - good buy? or ends up in the garage collecting dust with the alloy brodex poles?

another negative for a vac would be that alot of the time - the roof tiles either go in the gutter or an area of the roof move down making the gap between the roof and the gutter for narrow.

hey this is fun  8) im talking to myself on a forum.

not had a full day off for a while and a think the sun has fried my last few brain cells ::)

Hello,

We're Gutter Cleaning Systems, I've just checked the videos on the site and they seem to be working fine now. Each video shows that particular machine working. With regards to the mirrors, believe me they work, I'm short sighted myself and I can see debris in the gutters on 3 storey buildings, we give them free with every kit so you loose nothing. The gap between the gutter and the roof tiles is not a problem we can can make you a narrow head that will fit those gutters. With regards to blocking with the new heads we're now using we've yet to have a blockage, we've done many metres of gutters with them and some of the gutters have been absolutely jam packed with leaves.
Obviously nobody can guarantee no blockages, but we feel that these new heads are a great step forward.
