yea i know that they said they would send direct debt form , come tomarrow it will have been a week, i got no proof im insured and my old one runs out on 8th of june, i need to know its sorted other wise i wont be insured and that wont cut it.

Ask them to email it over..they emailed over everything i needed then the originals and stuff came via post.
