weather

been doing this for about a year and a half now and have about 50 customers a month, trouble is that the weather here has been strong winds and also a lot of rain. worried about losing my customers.what do you guys do and how bad should the conditions be before you call it a day?more rain forcast here next week[dumfries and galloway] do you think customers understand that the weather can set you back. sitting watching sky news showing a barbecue in downing st in brilliant sunshine , lucky b............. :'(

I only usually give customers an approximate date for the next clean and say to them it could be a few days before or after.
Some of my work has been a week or so behind of late but most customers don't seem to mind and are usually glad to see you.
Very occassionally I will ring customers and let them know I am running late but I don't usually bother  ;D
Just try and fit as much work in as you can when the weather conditions are not too bad
