1 x £100 per month (customer needs to be in to clean)
1 x £40 per month  ( customer needs to be in to clean)
1 x £15 6 weekly (can leave a card)

ideal for someone local,reason for sale im only there once a month and to get the 2 higher priced jobs booked at the same time doesnt happen so they get missed and are due now, i cant ask full value as the customer in the £100 job travels so sometimes doesnt want it done due to not being there,so you may miss a month here and there, whats it worth?

not sure really just seing what offers i get, its just the guy with the £100 house isnt always around and thats where the money is but when he is there you get its always cash

Hi Steve, I have a round on shoreham beach that is done in one day 6 weekly, all in, how long do these 3 jobs take you and is the £100 one an inside and out ?

£100.00 is for in and out and can get done in 1.5 hours and is always cash
£15.00 job about 10 minutes, never in,gate always open and leave a card and they post cheque
£40.00 50mins-1 hour its been that price for a few years now and due for an increase( the house next door aften asks which is a simular price)best to call as need access but if your on the beach anyway you should catch them in no problem, always pay cash
