I use a Omnipole power pole , you can add or remove sections as you need . So if you bought there 40ft pole and you only wanted to use 28ft you could just remove some sections

you are right John Garnett,
the 36ft pole is excellent because it is made od 6ft sections so you can use it as a 36ft, 30ft, 24ft, 18ft...
This is the reason why we sell it also in our website.
the 48ft is not that good because the sections are 8ft and people of my size struggle to extend it.
