Been away.
This is probably too much info for some of you but I felt in all honesty to include it, so that you may be aware of whats been going on, the original ninja was 20-21ft, in January we found a way to use an "extra tip" section for the new bigger 23-24ft Ninja that we propose to call lets say... the "Killer".
That section we prefered to call an "emergency" section it was 4ftish but thinner and we fitted it to a few poles that are out there now. This increased the length by 3-4ft (which could be handy in an emergency). But...because the diameters of the sections are smaller at the tip, this increases the torque on the tip sections and can cause a certain ammont of spin when closed, this is remmedied by a turn of pvc tape to lock the section inside the lower one so that its only there for emergencys.
So the complication with the new "Killer" (if your still keeping up with me :
) is do we include the emergency section and take the 24fter "Killer" to an extra say 3ft (say 26ft)needing the tape fix when closed or just sell it as a 24fter without spin, to my way of thinking its a shame to throw 2-3ft away if its already there ?
The new higher "Killer" has also been made out of upgraded wall thickness and slightly longer grip areas to resolve some issues that the heavy handed brigade struggled with.
This is probably too much info for some of you but I felt a need in all honesty to include it.
The 24ft Killer is 100gm heavier and stronger than the old 24ft Ninja. the Ninja being tapered is about as waggly as a Zensorflex.
Hope this helps.
