Over time we found out who the 'ringleader' was. She did 'loose face' over this and refuses to even acknowledge us even when we greet her, which we always go out of our way to do. What makes is worse for her is that we clean her mother in laws bungalow   .

It's such a great feeling of satisfaction we get when she snubs us. It hasn't gone un-noticed by the neighbours as well who also talk.

This neighbour talk also works in our favour. There was a theft from one of the houses we clean and suspicions were channelled at us as we had just cleaned the house and left a ticket advising this.
But that was immediately ruled out by 2 other residents as being impossible. We had found a £10 note in her garden, and had given it back to her telling her it wasn't ours, which reminded the second lady that we had found a £5 note next to her conservatory a year or so earlier and handed it back as well. Both praised us for our honesty.

We heard nothing more of this incident.
