Tried cramming a load of work into the day (25 houses)  but finding knackered the next day.

So going for the steady and consistent from now on (15 to 18 houses)

Keep picking up new work like u wouldnt beleive ...  all recomendations or people coming up to me ... not canvassed now for over 2 months (dont think I will now as wont get thru it) ... even put my prices up and they still keep saying yes and thanking me  :o .... all new clients are a min of £12 unless next door is a customer ... day of £10 quid min is gone

Even started eating a breakfast for maintainin energy before starting the day .... summit i have never done  ;D

Lad going to start taking van out on a few Saturdays but not wanting to start expanding to employ as too much hassle i thinks ..... if it carries on growing like this going to start putting more customers up in price and selling off some of the lesser paying work.

What did others do when they got to this stage ?

Ian, not sure if you made this clear. Are you doing 25 houses on your own or with someone?
