Anybody cover Winklebury, Basingstoke?
« on: May 12, 2011, 07:27:42 pm »
I have a customer who has a man friend  ;D that lives in Winklebury. He has a 5 bedroom house that wants cleaning inside and out, then regular outside clean from then on. You will need to call my customer to arrange to go round and have a look, as the guy is extremely deaf.

Yeah, not bad at all. I'd like more, there you go. It takes time. But I earn good money the hours I work other than the odd under estimated job.

Did your mate get the Harbury Court job?

I must admit that I'm not really putting much effort into commercial. I like domestic work. It pays really well once first cleans are out of the way. But I picked up a nice builder's clean the other week that I used Brendan to help on. A day & 2 hours work each. I split £720 50:50 with Brendan.

But a mixture of your advice and my experience of people not wanting to pay monthly means I mostly do bi-monthly cleans. 50% more money for half the work. The downside is of course that I need more customers.
