l5 Water Heater

Hi Chaps i was wondering if any one can help me i have just fitted two L5 they turn on for about 20 seconds and then turn off just wondering if any off you chaps can help me out

Use the gas Reg valve to control the heat, and turn the flow valve almost as far clockwise as it will go.  You do need a fairly high flow and the unit needs to get an exchange of fresh air but not so much that it gets blown out.
