How Long?
« on: May 11, 2011, 05:59:06 pm »
Its difficult to be exact as everyone is diferent.
But how long would you expect a new employee to take before he was turning over as much in a day as you?

Over the years (Here we go ) I've employed a few old hands and taught a few lads from scratch. It depends on how you teach them AND if they pick it up quickly. They need to be interested for a start, and they must have a motivating point to make them work as well as you. You have a biz to run and it's life and death to you. They are employed, why should they knock themselves out?

Some work flat out all day, some don't. Everyone's different.

Far to general.

Some (not many) will be quicker than you within a month. Some (most) couldn't really give a toss how many windows they clean in a day.

If you want the quality and standard that you clean to , probably never. Better to go for a little less than you and keep the standards high. :)
