Evening all,

I did a pressure washing job yesterday everything came up great, apart from some green stain that was left. it apears that it has been caused by leaves that have been left to rot and have soaked in.

Does anyone know of anything that I can try to lift these stains, the slabs are a composite stone.

You could try Hypo but if it's the same as long term grass stains I doubt you'll shift it as it will have soaked in like a sponge.

We did a warehouse floor a few years back which had just been vacated by a landscaping company. Came up great, apart from deep green (almost black) staining where grass cuttings had been dumped.

Aqua Mix Heavy Duty Tile & Grout Cleaner backed up with Aqua Mix NanoScrub as a power booster.  Use a Rotary Scrubber with a soft to medium brush and a 3000 Watt Tri Motor Wet Vac.

Method:

Pre wet area with plain water
Apply Aqua Mix Heavy Duty Tile & Grout Cleaner and allow to dwell for10 minutes
Scrub with rotary scrubber
Apply Aqua Mix NanoScrub
Rotary Scrubber again and allow to dwell for further 5 minutes
Rotary scrub again and vacuum up solution
Rinse with warm water and vac again.
