Sarah (Kirby) can't access her account from her home although she can from her phone.

It says the password needs resetting and waiting for email, she applied for that yesterday and hasn't heard anything.

Can someone help her out please so she can continue to write her pearls of wisdom.

now you're logged in which email address is set up with the account. could be that the request is going to an old one you forgot about. if it's correct try changing it to a different one and then get the reminder sent again see if that helps

I've tried that,I stay logged in on my phone but logged out on my laptop when gary used it, went to log back in and says the password is invalid. Both email addresses go to outlook so I would receive it whichever it was sent to. Only limited access via phone :-(

I can't access my profile as limited using phone, but yes, all my email addresses go to outlook and definitely haven't had one.
