Im sick of ringing and getting thro to a answer fone msg
Its not just today but on almost every occasion
Im needing to order but want to order of the fone and not online
I rang this morn, waited for half hour for a reply, but had to leave for an hour because my Mrs had opticians appointment, in the mean time Gardiners rang me!
I then rang Gardiners (answer fone)
Just rang them again (answer fone)
Great products, but Alex sort out the fones mate!!!

You can get these phones now that let you use them whilst outside the house, they are sort of mobile.

Might be a idea to get them to phone you back on one of them ?

Im not prepared to do business over the fone in the optitions, or behind the wheel of the car, or even in a noisy shopping centre.

Here's a thought how about leaving a msg with your order details on it and ask them to call back for your payment details at least this way your order gets delivered

No, just seemed strange to post on here about the whole episode.

i always find that on fridays its simply impossible to get hold of the gardiners office!

I have left a couple od msgs, trouble is i needed this sorted today, i want the order to arrive by next weds, trouble is im at work mon tues weds thurs next week, i aint got the time to be messing on fones on these days.
Its now gone 3pm and im tied here at my home just waiting in the hope they will ring, ive rang 5 times today now.
If this was just a one off then i would have swallowed it, but this is the norm, ive had this countless times.
Yes the staff a great, helpful and friendly, i just wish they would answer their bloody fones or at least get more staff in if they are that busy.
Ive now wasted most of my day waiting, ive tried to order on the net even, but really need advice before i order, as im not sure exactly what i want and even where it is on their website
