Resturant cleaning

Im
Starting a 12,000 sq ft buffet style resturant my people have to mop and sweep
every morning. What do you think the most effective way of doing this is ?
Keeping it clean !

By doing it yourself.  ;)

Use 80 cm flat continental swiffer mops with Molt Net spray on to sweep they will sort it in minutes.  Then use a mini scrubber drier.  Mind you that is some sized Buffet Restaurant 1200M2.

This machine is well worth a look and available from a number of manufacturers in both mains and battery. They are ultra manoeuvrable and very compact with easy use.
