No video yet, but my method has been seen by a couple of people who frequent here, and they were quite amazed at the speed and efficiency of the LM system.

Pads are thsese ones from flea bay.

Hector,

How are they better than a standard bonnet pad?

They are really thick and absorbant, and they wash well in the washing machine at 90 degrees, to clean them.

Over 200 washes so far, and still work as good as new.

Hector,
Aren't they supposed to be more absorbant than conventional pads?

people with astmatic and bronical problems are more likely to get agrevated by dry systems than wet. People have some very strange ideas. It is similar to the train of thought that hard floors are a healthier environment than carpets. Airborn particle are the main problem with most respiratory problems. By wetting the soil you are going to create far less airborne paricles and are far less likely to create resipatory problems. You would have thought somebody with such a problem would have educated themselves on the cause rather than listening to the useless hype that people banter around.
Hot water extraction is the most effective method of removing the soil ( dead skin cells dust etc that create a lot of the problems that people suffer with.
