If you used vacuum recovery mate then you wouldn't be passing much water.

The rotary arm is not spinning and water is coming out the sides of the rotary cylinder.

Thanks Eric.

presuming both nozzles are not blocked then Your rotary pipes may have a fracture in them or the cylinder may be split. If its like mine the rotary arms unscrew from the cylinder, look for a hairline crack at the ends near the cylinder.Parts are available but i think you have too buy the complete set - cylinder and arms.
Phone whoever you got it off  for parts.

mine has a similar problem.  The nozzles are clear and they do turn (slowly) but water is squirting out of the hole in the cylinder.  Any thoughts?

LADS I HAVE HAD ALL SORTS OF PROBLEMS OVER THE YEARS BUT I KNOW HOW TO SOLVE THEM ALL!!  I HAVE USED MINE FOR 9 YEARS.  IF WATER COMES OUT THE GREASE HOLE UNDERNEATH THEN THE O RING HAS GONE!  IF NO WATER IS COMING OUT THAT HOLE AND SPRAY ARM IS NOT SPINNING THEN YOU NEED TO TAKE NOZZLES OFF, CLEAR THEM OUT WITH A PIN IF BLOCKED THEN PUT PTFE TAPE ON THREAD AND TIGHTEN BACK UP MAKING SURE THE LINE ON THE NOZZLE IS IN LINE WITH SPRAY BAR OR IT WONT CLEAN PROPERLY!

YOU DONT NEED TO PAY SOMEONE TO SERVICE IT!!

ANY QUESTIONS JUST ASK!
