Pest-control services. HQ Air Cmd’s Air commercial team (ACT) is seeking
Expressions of interest (EOI) from potential suppliers for the provision
of support services at RAF Leeming. The scope of the contract is to
include: accommodation and window cleaning; laundry and dry cleaning;

tailoring; sanitary waste bins disposal; pest control; carpet and floor
cleaning services. Potential suppliers with experience of delivering
aforementioned services should submit an EOI by email to
Nohmana.Amanat534@mod.uk by 15.5.2011. The anticipated contract start date
will be 1.4.2012 with the contract period expected to be up to 31.10.2015,
with 6 further option periods of 6 months each, up to October 2018. It is
anticipated that TUPE will apply to this requirement. There is the
possibility that a reverse auction may apply to all/part of this
requirement. The MOD has migrated to the Purchase to payment (P2P) system
operating over the Defence electronic commerce service. All companies must
confirm that they are able or willing to trade via (P2P) in their EOI. ACT
may not consider late or incomplete EOI. A pre-qualification questionnaire
(PQQ) exercise for this requirement may be undertaken and only those
companies who can demonstrate a sufficient level of competence against the
Authority’s criteria will be invited to tender for this requirement.
Criteria upon which a contract will be awarded are to include the
following, which are not necessarily in order of importance:
