Resturant bid
« on: April 15, 2011, 01:07:09 pm »
Hi
Gang any advice would be appreciated on this. I am bidding on a brand new restaurant , it will be a seven day a week clean. I am seeking any advice hints or tips when cleaning restaurants; I have cleaned one pizza kitchen in the past. Thanks

Tips,

That will vary a lot. Depends on the type of restaurant. For example the tables if they have candles on the wax will need to be scrapped off.

The kitchen clean - that's the hard part. In your bid sheet, it will be detailed on what they require.

It will also state if its after hours or to be staffed with cleaning staff through the day.

The cleaning is fairly simple just have a few degreaser's handy.

a couple of lobby brushes and dustpans is also a good idea, especially if the cleaning is through the day
