Accommodation, building and window cleaning services. Accommodation
cleaning services. Window-cleaning services. The University of Westminster
invites expressions of interest to be considered for the award of
contract(s) for the cleaning of its operational buildinmgs, including
teaching and administartive buildings and halls of residence. The
contract(s) will commence on 1st October 2011. The University estate
currently comprises the following buildings: 309 Regent Street, London W1B
2UW 115 New Cavendish Street, London W1W 6UW 101 New Cavendish Street,
London W1W 6XH Watford Road, Northwick Park, Harrow HA1 3TP (inc Halls of
Residence) 35 Marylebone Road, London NW1 5LS (inc Halls of Residence)

of six different Lots, each Lot being a different permutation, or
combination, of buildings. The exact arrangement of Lots, to form the
basis of the new contract(s), will be determined during the course of the
tender exercise and it is envisaged that no more than three contractors
will be appointed, depending upon the exact arrangement of Lots selected..
The new contract(s) will exclude a number of activities currently being
carried ouyt by the incumbent contractors. these include: Maintenance,
painting & decorating, waste management and removals. These will be dealt
with as variations to the main contract, or entirely separate contracts,
at the University's option.
