provider of window cleaning services to both its campus buildings and
residences located in the central and north Leeds areas.

II.2.1) Total quantity or scope
Due to the diverse portfolio of properties, it is envisaged that the
contract will be split into 3 lots and may be awarded to one or more
companies who are able to provide services including reach and wash,
platform working and abseiling.
The lots will cover main campus, residences and small properties. The
contract will be let for for a period 2 years with options to extend for a
further 2 years awarded annually (2+1+1).
