hi guys ive pressure washed for years as a add on to my window cleaning i got 3000psi 15ltr min deisel machine ive been told of prices other people have been charging and they are much much more than me so im wondering if im under pricing so attached is some pics of a job ive been asked to price its a block drive walking it its 30 steps long 11 wide for half 16 wide for the other good water supply and drainage and re sanding after what is a fair price please for those who dont want to post please e mail me on johnaram@hotmail.co.uk i appreciate it thanks.

I would want £800-£1200 depending how short of work I was.

the pacing was only done to give an idea as i was asked whilst there to do the windows and dont carry a tape but to be honest ive never measured this is why i was asking if i was under pricing tbh most have come back with the same 250 -300 including several e mails thanks guys for your time

Surprised if you restore anything outdoor with prices like that.

There's about 2 hours cleaning there between 2 lads on one washer and about 30-40 mins sanding by 2 brushes. 5 bags of sand. 250 sounds about right.

i would charge £360.   if its around 250 sq metres then charge £1.00 a sq metre to clean. then return on dry day to sand.  charge about £60 labour for an hour and a half brushing in and about £30 for sand,

a lot of people who start up charge to cheap and then they realise when they total up all their over heads they are not earning enough.  professionals are not cheap so get your pricinf right. a lot of people in the posh areas like to pay more for professionals who they know who do a good job rather than the guy down the road in a little van who is cheap.  good luck. let us know how you get on.

if your getting the work then no you are not over charging!! if you lose a lot of quotes then yes you are.
