Southend-on-Sea Borough Council is inviting expressions of interest from
suitably qualified and experienced organisations to tender for its public
toilet cleaning service. Key services to be provided under the contract
include:
— cleaning,
— opening & closing,
— light maintenance,
— clinical waste collection.
The award criteria will be as follows: 50 % Price 50 % Quality The
proposed contract will be for an initial period of 2 years (with an option
