Bio washing paste is usually used to clean protein stains and the white vinegar for the grease. If its toilets then its probably limescale for which you will be best to use an acidic cleaner but it depends on the floor covering and the actual staining - some floors can only be cleaned with neutral products. Do you know what type it is ?

what floor is it? may be that it needs a good deep clean to bring it back to like new so that you can then do regular mopping.

A good quality floor maintainer and buff with a red pad.

A safety floor wouldn't be sealed IMO

to be fair though johnny put a question mark after saying what the floor is, which suggest he doesn't know. can you get a picture johnny as we could be describing how to clean something completely different

Safety flooring should be scrubbed not buffed - these floor coverings can be ruined so easily with the wrong treatments. I had to strip a floor this week in a services amusement arcade that was mutilated, the cleaner on site asked why I needed so much equipment to mop a floor !. Training is money well spent. So any photos
