Help with a tender!?

Hello,

Can anyone please assist?

I have been asked to quote for the cleaning of 7 large closes (3 storeys high of large Victorian buildings).  Plus the cleaning of bin recesses.

What should I been quoting.  Closes are large and carpeted (including cleaning) etc?  Quite a large area?

Estimate the time to clean each one mutiply by 7 then by your hourly rate anthing between  £12-£20 per hour depending where you are in the country.

Thanks for the advice and sorry closes are communal stairwells where there are a number of flats.  Scots dialect!!!
