I was browsing through some web-pics of ladder cleaners and came across this guy taking his and others safety for granted. Using a ladder in icey conditions on ground sloping away from him, no warning signage for the benefit of others on icey/snowy ground.

that job was a re clean
due to another companys
terrible job wfp , i offered to clean this with
wfp but they wanted it done with tools
which they paid vastly for  ;D ;D
nxt time you use one of my pics

Hard to see from the pic but I feel the ladder is well jammed at the base just going by the good measures he has in place and position at the top.

thats nowt,you think thats bad you should see how my ladders are angled sometimes not far off horizontal when iv got the top leaning on a slopey roof tiles but they cant slip with spikes and dug in soft ground,impossible

doing  it how the custy wanted it doing
they werent happy wiv another
companys clean so didnt pay the bill
askd me to clean it trad
paid same day  ;) ;)
