So it's coming up to egged windows time at the end of next month - do you clear off egg from your customers windows as part of the service or charge extra?

I'm tempted to do some 'egging' myself.

Has anyone got any good recipe-concoctions that are a real nightmare to remove, for ex-customers who've lost their window cleaners because they're not very nice people?

Idealy, they can be quietly-squirted through a water pistol!

Eggs and silicone with a bit of superglue should do the trick

In the past I've used the hottest water I can get, with fairy liquid.
Leave it soak, scrape if necessary, wash again, rinse dry!!!!
No extra charge madam all part of the service :D :D :D

What do I do now I'm going into wfp?

Throw the egg on a window that the sun is shinning on a day that is sunny all day.

It bakes like concrete.

Mind you, I'm thinking of going down to the beach front (I live in Brighton) and lobbing eggs at all those idiots that because of security, have turned a congested town into grid lock and a mini police state.

do what reuben did on newsnight buy a hot water thermopure for 10,000 and spend 3 weeks and 7 hours getting it off.

seriosly wet with wfp go and clean a few windows come back rub again then voila if not wet again and rub will do the trick or put a scraper on the end of your pole failing that get your ladder out or leave it

And don't bother trying to collect in the evening. No one will answer the door. Dai
