Dos anyone no who now dos next stores ? ive just been talking to my mate who used to clean a local next store and lost this a few months ago to a company who was going to be doing them all .
well whoever the company is the manager from the store my mate was doing is not happy with the new boys swearing outside the shop and fooling around .
so the manager as been in touch with my mate and asked if he would go back , IF the head office agree to this .

I did some internal windows when the Next store in the bullring in Birmingham was being refurbished and a Lipsy section added, I cleaned the second floor windows and was told the the ground floor windows were going to be cleaned by THEIR window cleaner. Well the windows were in a right state, they were dirty, had run marks all over each pain, this was the morning the store reopened and was being inspected by the top brass at Next and Lipsy, I would not of liked to be in the shoes of either the window cleaner responisble for the clean or his boss.

I do one wouldn't like to name the contractor as it is a good job and I get paid just fine, The manager is more than happy with my work.

as the contractor got all the next stores stu and just subs the work out ?

yes mate it is a national contract, then the main contractor subs to larger firms who cover areas, then if they struggle to keep up with that it gets subbed out again back to the local lads
